Keller Williams of South Tampa welcomes Deborah Boromei as the Director of Education and Productivity Coach. Prior to her appointment as the Director of Education & Productivity Coach here at KWST, Deborah served as the Productivity Coach for Keller Williams Realty in Palm Harbor, FL. She previously worked as a Business Consultant for the ERA Franchise Systems. Deborah began her real estate career in early 80’s. Deborah Boromei’s additional career accomplishments include: 2000 State Realtor “Educator of the Year”, 2002 Top Instructor in the Nation for “At Home with Diversity” course from NAR; 2003 Top Instructor of “Integrity Coaching” from Coldwell Banker NRT and the 2005 “Influence Award” from ERA for the highest AGC in the Southwest Region. She developed and conducted coaching sessions for brokers and agents to increase growth, profitability and accountability in offices in many states with enormous results. Deborah graduated from Carson Newman College with a BA in secondary education and went on to receive her MS from the University of Tennessee in Adult Education and Real Estate.
